Experience: 6-10 years
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Continous development and automation financial systems, processes, and controls to support the company's growth and scalability.
- Think strategically and proactively to drive financial initiatives independently and align them with the company's objectives.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including investors, Big 4 auditors, and internal teams, effectively to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize and manage financial projects, initiatives, and audits effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Leverage experience in SaaS-based/B2B tech organizations to drive financial strategies tailored to the industry.
- MIS and other periodic closures
- Active participation in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Due Diligences
- Periodic Financial Statements preparation, review and analysis
- Cost Centre and Profit Centre workings
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a track record of setting up financial systems and processes from scratch.
- CA, or MBA qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, act proactively, and work independently to drive financial initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience effectively engaging with investors, auditors, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm would be preferred.
- Work experience in SaaS-based/B2B tech organizations is highly preferable.
- Experience working in a fast-growing organization and adapting financial strategies accordingly.
