Job Description: AM - Business Development

Experience: 3-5 Years
Location:- Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Own and assist smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Manage end-to-end funnel on New Initiative Products - new merchant acquisition and upselling of
  • products to existing clients.
  • Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of Open PG product.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings.
  • Should clearly understand merchant pain points/requirements and should communicate all features to fulfil merchant expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption of our solutions.
  • Should understand and work towards organization's objectives.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.

Requirements:
  • At Least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development in Payment Gateway & APIs Industry.
  • Product focused sales aptitude/experience.
  • Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking Industry HRMS Saas platform sales experience would be a plus.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Must be able to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
