Job Description: AM - Business Development
Experience: 3-5 Years
Location:- Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Own and assist smooth onboarding of clients.
- Manage end-to-end funnel on New Initiative Products - new merchant acquisition and upselling of
- products to existing clients.
- Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of Open PG product.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Should clearly understand merchant pain points/requirements and should communicate all features to fulfil merchant expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption of our solutions.
- Should understand and work towards organization's objectives.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
Requirements:
- At Least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development in Payment Gateway & APIs Industry.
- Product focused sales aptitude/experience.
- Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking Industry HRMS Saas platform sales experience would be a plus.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
