Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Bangalore


Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating Deals: Secure agreements with banks and NBFCs.
  • Alliance Strategies: Plan and help execute strategic alliances.
  • Debt Management: Negotiate and manage debt agreements, including loans and credit facilities.
  • Finalizing Deals: Work towards finalizing deals with banking/ FI partners to align with product offerings.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Ideate, integrate, and work closely on all commercial negotiations.
  • Commercial Agent: Mediate terms and conditions, ensuring legal compliance and achieving favorable outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on startups and fintech.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasiveness skills.
  • Proficiency in securing and finalizing contracts.
